Assist in the preparation


1. Assist set up all the regulations and rules for F&B department. 2. Implement and design all the menus for each outlet needs.3. Direct the day-to-day activities and assignments of food and beverage associates.4. Develop and communicate departmental ralph lauren polo shirts strategies and goals, and assign/prioritize work for F&B department.5. Ensure all associates are properly trained on quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to Lacoste Polo Shirts effectively carry out their job functions.6. Assist in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget and financial plans of the hotel 8. Establish and achieve quality and GSS goals. 9. Review and approve food menu design and concepts with Executive Chef, assist and design beverage chi hair straightener menu with DFB.11. Maintain procedures to (1) ensure the security and proper storage of food and beverage products, inventory, and equipment, (2) ensure the security of monies, credit and financial transactions, (3) replenish supplies, inventory, uniforms, etc. in a timely and efficient manner, and (4) to minimize waste and pilferage
